An issuer must register with the Commercial Paper Funding Facility (CPFF) in order to sell commercial paper to the CPFF. To register, an issuer must complete the Issuer Registration Form and Qualification Certification and fax it to PIMCO at 949-720-8609 with attention to CPFF Registration and pay the facility fee by wire transfer as described in the registration form. PIMCO will contact an issuer to confirm receipt of its registration form.

Issuers are required to register two business days in advance of their intended use of the CPFF. An issuer is only required to register once.
